Since it’s inception in 1998, the Flo-Tek brand has grown by leaps and bounds. The memorable brand has been tried and tested in almost every country in Southern Africa, gracing many warehouses, farms, households and more, through its range of quality products. To intensify the brand and create a consistent identity through its network, Flo-Tek engaged LovesMy Brand, a brand consultancy based in Gaborone Botswana, the birthplace of Flo-Tek. The new brand will stand as a unique mark in the market, not only distinguishing Flo-Tek products, but also create a memorable and impactful association to quality services.
The latest branch in South Africa was opened in Nelspruit, part of the Flo-Tek’s plan to grow the business in Africa.
With headquarters in Botswana, and presence in 5 countries in Africa, namely Botswana (Lobatse & Gaborone), South Africa (Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, Dundee and Nelspruit and East London) Angola (Lobito and Luanda) and Namibia. Flo-Tek is growing its footprint in Africa. Flo-Tek also distributes and exports to other countries in Africa such as Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and Malawi.
Flo-Tek has once again scooped another award in 2017. Flo-Tek was announced the winner of the 2016 Private Business Growth Award in the Large Enterprise category, but have now won in the Export Businesses category. Grant Thornton and Business Botswana have awarded Flo-Tek amongst other nominees and congratulate the company’s management and staff on the well-deserved win.
